Apartment in the Makambira Residence by Dr. Arthur Licio

This is a new condominium located in the heart of the village of Porto de Galinhas, just a few steps from both the waterfront (and its natural pools) and the bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions in Porto. The apartment is a studio-style unit with a bedroom and living room, very well laid out, featuring a full kitchen, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom. The building’s recreational area includes a ground-floor pool, a rooftop pool (accessible by elevator) offering a fantastic view of Porto de Galinhas Beach, a sauna, a barbecue area, a gourmet kitchen, and a panoramic terrace.
