Perfect in every aspect.
The art of staying at Bines Hues is to experience tranquility and hospitality at the same time. We really had a fantastic time staying at and with our host and enjoyed single moment of it.

Viel Raum für Verbesserung
Die Lage war gut und ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren und war schlecht geputzt. In der Anzeige auf Booking.com werden die Bilder von zwei Ferienwohnungen angezeigt. Das ist irreführend. Uns wurde erst bei Anreise klar, welche Bilder zu der uns zugewiesenen Wohnung gehörten. Der Kühlschrank war schmutzig und nicht abgetaut. Im Kühlschrank lag noch ein Beutel alte Eiswürfel. In der Wohnung roch es nach verbranntem Fett. Der Geruch hat sich erst nach 3 Tagen intensivem Lüften verzogen. Die Pfannen waren nicht benutzbar. Sie wurden zwar von der Vermieterin ausgetauscht, aber es gab von ihr kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder des Bedauerns. Die Tür zum Mülleimer unter der Spüle fällt fast aus den Angeln. Die Siliconfuge vor der Dusche ist schwarz und bedarf dringend der Erneuerung. Die Halterung des Duschschlauches war defekt und wurde nur noch von einem Gummi zusammengehalten. Der Staubsauger hat bei Benutzung einen üblen Geruch verbreitet. Rauchmelder waren nicht vorhanden, nur noch die Grundplatten an den Decken in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, an denen sie mal befestigt waren. Der Vorraum der Gartensauna wird als Lagerraum für Möbelteile benutzt, das war nicht einladend. Auf dem Tisch der Sitzgruppe vor der Gartensauna stand ein schmutziger Aschenbecher mit alten Kippen, das hat nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen. Insgesamt hat vor der Vermietung eine Endkontrolle gefehlt.

Bad und die Matratze ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Putzfrau nimmt es nicht so genau. Geschirr und Besteck schmutzig.
