This beautifully updated, bright and tastefully decorated condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right on the beach. It has 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops, state-of-the-art appliances and Keurig and drip coffee maker, all you need to prepare a delicious meal. There’s a very cute corner bench dining area and a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living area has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico, features a large Smart TV and a comfortable sofa and love seat. The view from this 5th floor condo is breathtaking! You can take a couple of chairs outside on the shared balcony and watch the famous Florida West Coast sunsets. You’ll find a king size bed and another Smart TV in the stylish bedroom. The living room is on the beach side of the condo, and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free WiFi and Coin operated washer/dryer on site.

Located on popular Sunset Beach in Treasure Island is The Sunset Chateau. This direct beachfront building provides a wide view of the Gulf of Mexico from each condo here. This property has a small pool onsite, however there are no lounge chairs provided. Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!! Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo. For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more!
