There's only one thing more precious than our time, and that is who we spend it on. Life is busy - just getting the whole family together can be such a challenge in today's world, but nothing is more important than doing just that. Clear the calendar, grab those you love, and head to Ocean City to make Memories that you'll treasure forever. Beach Walk II #6 is the perfect place to make this happen - the Sun, the Sea, and Views that are simply breathtaking.
Located in the heart of OCMD, Beach Walk II is a fabulous Community that offers a dream Location right on the beach as well as close proximity to some of the best Dining and entertainment Ocean City has. This beautiful Townhome has it ALL - incredible Outdoor Living, and an interior so lovely it will take your breath away. Nestled on the Oceanfront on 86th Street, you'll enjoy being able to walk to many great Shops, Restaurants, and Activities, yet are still only a short ride from our famous OC Boardwalk. That being said, once you see the Ocean Views from this magnificent home, you may never want to leave the house!

We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse unit had THE perfect location. Right on the beach and close to nearby shops and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything that our family of six needed for the week. The views from each deck/balcony were stunning. The beach was very clean and there were life guards on duty every day.The property owners were fantastic to work with. They were great with communicating important information like access code, wifi, check-in, and check out.We won’t hesitate to book through them for our next beach vacation.

We had such a happy week at this property. The condo felt cozy and welcoming, and it fit all five of us plus a very busy 2-year-old comfortably.The unit was very clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved the abundance of hooks and a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor shower and spigot by the beach were incredibly helpful for keeping sand outside. Being literally footsteps from the beach was such a treat—we loved the convenience. We also spent a lot of time out on the deck, enjoying the outdoor furniture and peaceful ambiance. Despite the weather not always cooperating, we were all relaxed and content. It was a special, memorable trip, and we’d absolutely come back again.

This property has amazing views from three different decks. The beach access is directly behind the property, which was great for evening beach walks.
