-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must be 30 years of age.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

I stayed here with some extended family ranging from 2 years to 93 years old. The house was very accommodating to our needs, clean and well located. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We had family in to celebrate a graduation and though this beautiful property would be an amazing place to host everyone. While it seemed that we were gearing up for an amazing weekend, we found issues with the property that we were not prepared for.
Firstly, the property manager was fast at responses and helpful when issues popped such as both first floor showers and toilets backing up and flooding within hours of our check-in. The second day, we woke up to heavy rain and the sky light heavily leaking onto the stairs and second floor landing. The leak spread to other areas of the second floor ceiling as well as the first floor. While not controllable at the time, these issues revealed lack of up keep and polish on the property. We spent much of the first two nights with maintenance in and out.
General fit and finish: The leak in the roof was the big one, there was damage to the ceiling when we arrived and with the size/rate of the leak this wasn’t anything new. There were also other things like the hot water not working in one of the bathrooms, missing drain covers on the pool deck, pool lights not working, front door lock not working, etc.
Set up: We felt that for the nightly rate for this house there should be a little more thought out into the house’s ability to accommodate our party. Some examples are there only being 7 coffee mugs and 6 dining chairs for a house that accommodates 18. Lack of locks on bathroom doors downstairs was also another point to take.
