About this apartment rental

Within walking distance or a short drive of a Blue Flag certified sandy beach, Xcalacoco with absolutely stunning crystal clear turquoise waters. Our ground floor condo is surrounded by lush greenery, wildlife, swimming pool, gazebo and gymnasium. You can take a cheap taxi to the famous 5th Avenue for fabulous restaurants / shops. The SAas Kib complex has its own 24/7 security and is in the secure neighborhood of El Cielo.

This was an amazing stay for me and my family. This was a short notice booking, and we had difficulty finding lodging in Playa Del Carmen. We had to leave a place that was already booked due to lack of A/C. Steffen and Wendy were so welcoming and offered local places to visit. I have traveled the world with my family, and for me and my parents this was one of the best places we have stayed. I definitely will book again.
