Superb Convenient North Delta Vacation Home with 6 Bed and 6 Bath

I stayed here with a big group of friends, including some kids, and it was perfect for us. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was probably the most convenient part! Everything was clean and the kitchen was super well stocked with dishes, appliances, pans, etc. The host was also very responsive over messaging when we were first arriving which was very helpful. I don't know if the area is that exciting (it's just a suburb, really), but it's only about a 10 min drive from a SkyTrain station that can get you downtown in 30 min. Overall would recommend for large groups!

The property is exactly as described. There were 6 bedrooms with an ensuite in each and plenty of room for our family of 10 and other family to visit during our stay. Beautiful accomodations and the host Alice and her sister were lovely

The house was fully equipped which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. Host was easy to get in touch with if you need anything. Highly recommended and given the chance will book again in the future.

Lovely, nice and clean house

Couldn’t have chosen a better property and house. It was beautiful and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. 10/10 for sure !

We had our family reunion here and it was great! Enough room for everyone and we could even host some extended family for a couple dinners. The kitchen is amazingly equipped - all sorts of appliances and dishes and pots and pans. Beds were comfortable. Perfect water pressure for the showers. The yard is big so the kids could run around inside the gated area. The BBQ was also amazing to be able to use!

Nice, plenty of space, and everything clean. 2 laundry rooms, (although the upstairs dryer would shut off too soon- ended up taking it to basement one) Like the security gate. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with cooking equipment.

We had such a great time during our visit to Vancouver and a lot of it had to do with this amazing home and the home's amazing hosts, Eva & Alice! We were so impressed by how extremely clean this home was as soon as we stepped through the front door. We have stayed in many rental homes during our vacations and this home is by far the cleanest home yet! It easily accommodated our family of 9, with some sharing a room and then everyone else having their own bedroom and my son being able to stay in the family room on a super comfy sofa that turned into a large sleeper. The bedrooms having their own bathrooms is awesome and the individual AC units in the dining area and upstairs bedrooms helped us stay cool since it was a little hot and humid in Vancouver during our stay. Alice was very kind and answered my questions before we decided to book and then Eva was beyond amazing during our stay, as she made us feel so welcomed as soon as we arrived and then was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed help. The property is huge and gated and was a great place to come back to and relax after a long day touring the city or going on hikes. Thank you so much, Eva and Alice, for letting us rent your wonderful home and Eva, thank you for being so quick to help us whenever we reached out to you and so understanding on the day we checked out. We HIGHLY recommend staying at this wonderful home!

The home is beautiful and spacious, convenient location, and will want to stay there again

The home is beautiful and clean. It had the basic amenities you need. Eva and Alice were great hosts and were very responsive. Eva even gave us a box of blueberries from their garden! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Vancouver!

We loved our stay at Alice's home. The property was big enough for the large group we had and with well-appointed living spaces, we felt right at home. We found the house clean and tidy on arrival, communication with the host leading up to and throughout our stay was excellent. We will certainly try to stay again on future trips to the Vancouver area!

The six of us had a wonderful time together in your lovely home. We explored Surrey and had lots of reminiscences. How can I refer friends to your location?

The property itself was absolutely perfect. The house was very well maintained and well stocked. Lots of rooms and bathrooms, no issues or concerns. The outside gazebo area is wondering, and they provided propane for BOTH the heater + BBQ. There even is a hand washing station setup outside! Then there's the giant lot that is perfect for parking cars and not overloading the main area. Actual perfection in terms of its setup. The only minor criticism I have is that they charge extra for hosting wedding events, which isn't clear in the description. The description originally simply stated great for larger events and we later found out it was an extra fee. Otherwise this is the perfect place to host weddings/larger gatherings! The hosts are super friendly and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, had most of the necessities needed for us, and the property is beautiful.

We were in the area for a family wedding, the location being perfect for our needs. The accommodation was spotless, with bedrooms for every couple as well as the grandchildren, multiple bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a wonderful outdoor area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Everything about the accommodation was perfect and I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a great at the house. It had everything we needed/wanted and it was a great location and very easy to work with owners. It was every thing we expected and then some. We were in town for a wedding and it was a great meeting area for multiple families. We could not have expected any better. It was a pleasant surprise that they had just added air conditioning units. Thank you Alice and Eva for all your help and and amenities you offer.

The owners went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. Such amazing people to talk to and genuinely positive people. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay with them. The best hosts ever

Nearly each room had its own bathroom and overall great house to stay in far a vacation!

This property is by far one of my favorites. Hoping to rent this property again in the future. We had 2 other families with us in this trip and this property allowed everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The property is spacious enough that we were able to contain the teenagers in one section of the home and the younger kids in another. This home had everything we needed! Restaurants and markets were fairly close in proximity. Alice and her sister Eva were amazing from the start. Check in was extremely easy. One thing to point out is that this property is gated and from the moment you cross the gate you will feel that you are in a safe area. So secure that I was able to let me childeren run around for a bit in the rain. Thank you Alice and Eva!!

Alice and her family are wonderful hosts. This is the perfect house for a friends and family get together. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Alice's place was very clean and had plenty of space for my entire family (14 of us!). There was gated parking, which was nice. The host was really friendly and timely with her responses. Would stay here again!

Alice was a wonderful host. The house was clean and well stocked. We loved that 5 of the 6 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. The yard was really big and gated, and all the kids really enjoyed the space. The gazebo was a great outdoor place to hang out. The host's family lived in the house next door, so they came and helped us when we needed (e.g. when we accidentally locked linen closet... oops). They also gave us a big container of fresh blueberries.

We had a great time and the owners assisted with fans during the hot weather, while we were there. The owners were very accommodating. The location was excellent as we were able to visit all the places we wanted to go. We went to a Canadians baseball game, Friday night market, Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, and Whistler. We had a great time.

Everything was great about this stay! We would highly recommend and stay again if we were in the area. -communication -cleanliness -location -check in process (I asked to check in earlier than 4pm, and then even earlier again, and Alice was really responsive and accommodating for us and our schedule.) -very spacious house -lots of parking -kitchen had all the utensils, including chopsticks (which is rare) -extra blankets and towels given There was a few kinks during the stay but Alice was quick to solve and fix the issues with us, even in the middle of the night. Note, there is a family-home connected next door that is separated by two garages, so we were a bit worried about noise traveling but had no issues! We even forgot a few things after we left and came back to meet them for the items.

Alice was very polite and kind to us! Very easy to communicate with us and made sure we had a good time. The property had a cool outdoor area with a gazebo and bbq. Lots of parking on the street and inside the property for you and your guests. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean when we came in. I will recommend this place to my friends and I won’t hesitate to book again!

10/10 great check-in, large property, plenty of blankets, towels and more. Hosts was fantastic!! I'd love to stay again.
