About this apartment rental
This home is professionally managed and is part of The Newport Lofts portfolio of properties. This Loft is located in the center of Newport and situated above The Platinum House at the Brick Market Place. This brand new Loft has 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, each Loft features a private balcony off the master bedroom along with a spacious living area with an open floor plan that unites the kitchenette and living areas. The living room has a pullout sofa bed and the Loft area above the living space has a futon bed.The kitchenette features a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, convection microwave/oven and coffee maker. The kitchenette comes fully stocked with cookware, flatware and drink-ware. The kitchenette features and island that seats 4. This Loft also features a full size stackable washer/dryer along with beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy Newport's beautiful beaches.***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.

The property was very clean. Bedding/beds were extremely comfortable and a beautiful new kitchen equipped with washer and dryer.My only negative feedback is the following:1. No dresser in either bedroom, so if we were staying longer than a long weekend I would need more space for clothes. There are closets in each bedroom with limited hangers.2. The is no stovetop or oven, in an otherwise very well appointed beautiful kitchen. It would have been nice to be able to prepare breakfast a morning or 2.
