No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.

Fantastic location, convenient to so many restaurants and shops! We were called on day of check in and informed that early check in was available which was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Check in couldn’t have been easier! We loved the space and found it very comfortable for all of us… we each even had a separate bathroom! Only bit of feedback is that the mattresses aren’t the best and bed frames are not too stable. Otherwise, loved this place and would enjoy visiting again!!

The walls are thin and the noise from the loft above us made sleep impossible. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is great but the noise leaves a lot to be desired.
