Summary:
Bring the whole crew (and the pups!) to Casa de las Olas, your happy place by the sea! This 3-bedroom beach house is all about easy coastal fun — just a few blocks to restaurants, beach, Jetty Park, and the Surfside splash park. There’s a huge fenced yard for kiddos and dogs to play, an awesome outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes, and plenty of chill space to kick back after sun-soaked adventures. Simple, spacious, and full of good vibes!
The Space:
Once you enter the front door, you will find a welcoming open and airy living area, dining table and large kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes! The 3 bedrooms each have comfortable beds complete with luxury hotel grade bedding - get ready for a great night's sleep before you head back to the beach!

~ 2nd Bedroom with Queen bed and shared hall bath
~ 3rd Bedroom with 2 x Twin beds and shared hall bath

Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Sharkies on the Beach) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!

Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.
WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When booking direct with 979, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations. After 24 hours, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. When booking through a 3rd party channel, the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking is the cancellation policy on your reservation.

This house was very clean. Was disappointed no hair dryer in house, but everything else was great. Linens were of excellent quality and master bed was comfortable. There was a smell when turned on the water faucet, i think its the area water system. Plenty of kitchen ware to use. Nice size TV. AC kept house nice and cold. Neighborhood is nice and quite. Its the perfect weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is great for families. They neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get to both the beach and Jetty Park Slash Pad! The house was well equipped and suited for our needs. The fenced in yard was an added bonus! The property management company was great to work with great communication.

No fence, no outside shower, dryer was broken so we could not wash towels, and the yard was a swamp. The inside was exactly what I hoped for but the picture online vs what I drove up to was not even close. We still managed to have a very lovely time.
