This rental is in a great location in South Jersey. Close to NJ Turnpike, 295 and 42 making travel convenient. Great communication with owner. Pete, who manages the property, lives close by and was quick to respond to our needs. Beds are clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer worked well. Didn't do any meal prep or use dishwasher so I can't comment. Towels, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags were provided. Loved the rain shower head in bath. Home is small but offers more room than hotel. Older home, could use some updating. Cleanliness 8. TVs in LR and BR. Pretty much everything you will need. Plenty of stores, dining and activities nearby. Close to Philadelphia.Thank you Pete for making our stay more enjoyable. Hope to see you again.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was fantastic – close to Philadelphia and very convenient for getting around anywhere in South Jersey. The place was clean and cozy, however, we did encounter a few minor issues that could be improved. There could have been more bath towels and we had to buy additional toilet paper during our stay. A hair dryer would have been a nice addition too. Despite these small inconveniences, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others for its location and overall comfort.

Everything was good. There was alittle bit of food in kitchen sink and back of stove top was not wiped down. The sink and bathtub is running slow.

The host was terrific, easy to contact and very responsive. However, the place was not clean. Upon arrival, there was lots of left over food in the refrigerator and pizza in the oven from the previous tenant. The seats of the kitchen chairs had many stains and were filthy. We contacted the host and he had a cleaner come out the next day since the house needed more cleaning but even after the follow up cleaning it was still not very clean. It's missing some conveniences, such as enough bath towels and dish towels, which we purchased ourselves. This is a great rental for college kids/fraternity students but not suitable for a family. The house has a lot of potential and can accommodate a family but needs updating and cleaning. It's in a nice neighborhood with some great conveniences, such as a Wawa within walking distance and close to Philadelphia and many restaurants.
