The instructions on gaining entry to this property were not good. The unit is very tired, needs a revamp. Location though is amazing

Battery missing in the remotes for the TV. No access to Youtube.

My husband and I …. In our 80’s from Canada expected an easier check in ….. maybe our age. We liked the apartment but there was only 1 drinking glass. Fridge was iced up and needed defrosting. Called customer service and they said they would look after it and send cleaners as I did mention that the kitchen was not as clean as we would expect. Cleaner came next afternoon and was surprised by the fridge. Did not bring extra glasses. We called customer service three times and not one had read up on the other report. We never got glasses.
The bathroom grout was terrible. The floor was disgusting in the bathroom. Needs cleaning or regrouting.
At the price we payed we expected the kitchen and bathroom to be clean.
