Note: Supplies are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, oils, filters, or foil.
🔑 Check-In Process:
Check-in is at the Oceana West building (2nd Floor) between 9 AM and 9 PM.
IMPORTANT: If there is a chance that you will be checking in after 9 PM, YOU MUST ARRANGE YOUR AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN WITH OCEANA. IF YOU DO NOT, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOU INSIDE! Once you book the unit, we will send instructions for notifying Oceana.
📬 MAIL & PACKAGES:
Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you require mail services, we recommend purchasing a temporary local P.O. Box.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ)
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues (such as flight cancellations).
🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – November 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance from a 3rd-party provider. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Payment: If another party is making a payment, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the required Rental Agreement.
Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted (No ESAs). 🐾
Pool Temp: We cannot guarantee warm pool temperatures during colder months and will not offer discounts or refunds for cold pool temperatures.
Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests, please; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.

Great view and larger patio made the stay much nicer. Overall was a good experience. However there are a few items to note: the rug in the living area was taped to the floor and as a result it bunched up causing a bit of a trip hazard. The microwave turned on but did not warm the food. Also the oven overhead light did not work, perhaps these things are related.Both bedrooms had someone else's left-behind clothing in the dresser drawers.Would like to see a colander, knife sharpener (or sharper knives), more trash bags (people cook or eat out generating lots of trash), laundry plus dishwasher detergent (a starter pack).

Everything was great. The pictures of the VRBO actually didn't do it justice. View was amazing, walk was far shorter than I thought it would be from the picture. Everything was clean and in pretty good shape. Option for cabanas and rentals, if needed, but the VRBO had plenty of chairs to just take to the beach. Only thing I would recommend is pre-warn people for the parking situation. Difficult to park larger vehicles but manageable with a little maneuvering

Great location with unobstructed view of the gulf. Clean, well-stocked unit. Plenty of room for family of 4. We love to sleep with our balcony door open to hear the waves, but noise of AC units north of the pool prevent that now. Wasn’t an issue on pervious stays on upper floors. But still, a great unit at a fantastic location!!
