Bathroom needs some cosmetic work, like new caulking around the bathtub, remove rust stains from one sink, replace sink stopper as there was not one there. Golf cart sounded like it needed a tune up. Housekeeping left toothpaste on counter from previous guest, and a dirty sponge at the kitchen sink (I have pictures) which had brown stains that I didn't want to touch, let alone use it to wash dishes. Bed was comfortable, great view.

Excellent view, just as pictured. Enjoyed our stay very much. Property was clean, could have used a few more items in the kitchen for cooking but otherwise, everything was just as described.

This property checks all of the big boxes. Spacious, clean, great location, close to Avalon and it comes with a golf cart, wonderful! However, after we arrived we began to notice some less than perfect things wrong with the place. When we opened the refrigerator for the first time, one of the shelves feel out onto the floor, the living room blinds were bunched up funny, didn't hag straight and looked odd, some of the cranks for the windows were broken, both outdoor umbrella's were broken and would not stay up, there were ant in the kitchen and the alarm went off unexpectedly for quite some time. The golf cart worked, but was old and smelled of gas. Paint was chipped in many places and the decor was old. These are the small things that with some attention could make this place really great. Overall, as I said, it is a nice unit.
