It was my first time visiting Florida and it was great , nice and clean .. it was close to shopping centers and different stores . I liked the them of the house . The beds were comfortable and soft . I like the setup with the island in the kitchen . It was nice …

Starting with the good. It was in a great location for both Navarre and Pensacola beaches. There is a gas station right at the pull in that has a lot as well as a dollar store down the road. Only about 5 minutes, if that, from the Zoo. Lots of restaurants close. Felt safe in the area. Check in/out was one of the easiest rental experiences we’ve had. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of towels, toiletries, trash bags, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, etc. We had everything we could need in cookware and then some. Fridge/stove/sink was clean. The furniture was nice and didn’t have issues with beds. That being said, there were a couple down sides to this house. The floors were not very clean and had large gaps in it in places like it wasn’t put in right. This allowed for more dirt build up in the gaps. I saw other reviews stating that the floor wasn’t clean and I thought maybe sand issues as it is Florida. However, that wasn’t the case. Very dusty and had dirt buildup along the baseboards. The bathtubs/toilets/places on the walls also needed cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen counters were clean though and were obviously wiped down before we got there. The living room furniture was not what was pictured in the listing. It was only one couch not facing the TV. It wasn’t comfortable to hang out in there so we hardly used it and didn’t at all as a group. This was part of why we chose this home so we could all be together out there so that was a little disappointing.
