Two-bedroom house with a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, electric shower, balcony, household appliances including pots and pans, blender, grill, toaster oven, microwave, and general-purpose cookware; features a gourmet area, a grassy backyard, barbecue grill, and a 2-car garage.
A very green and peaceful place for those seeking tranquility and peace, located 10 minutes from Praia Seca and the lagoon. There’s a grocery store nearby, a 5-minute walk away. It’s 3 minutes from the Sonho de Vida condominium. It’s a 5-minute walk from downtown Araruama.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- To make a reservation, we require a security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais). At the end of your stay, if everything is in perfect condition, just as it was when you arrived, we will refund the deposit.
- Guests must bring their own bed linens and bath towels.
- When using the barbecue grill and wood-burning stove, please let them burn out naturally. Do not pour water on them, as this will cause cracks.
- Please do not pick fruit from the trees.
- Please do not touch the buggies in the garage.
