Very functional and decorated with refinement, this three-bedroom house is the perfect place for a wonderful stay with family or friends in St Barths.
Built over a main pavilion and a separate bungalow, Santa Alicia offers a magnificent view over the bay of Flamands. The bright, air conditioned living room is well furnished with two large sofas facing a flat-screen TV and a large bay window above the breathtakingly beautiful panorama, and opens onto the spacious terrace. In the evening, the many lights create a cozy and warm atmosphere, an ideal setup for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the island. The kitchen with a central island is well equipped to cook meals in a mineral ambience. Under the high white vaulted ceiling, you’ll feel quiet and serene, while watching the magnificent view as the gentle trade winds blow through the windows.

In front of the stunningly beautiful view, the covered area houses a lovely outdoor dining area ideal for pleasant al fresco dinners.
