The unit was great, perfect location to walk where we wanted to go, nice to have parking also. The room was exactly what we needed for the two of us. We plan on staying again, just hopefully my wife wont be under the weather as bad next time and we'll get to enjoy our time a little more.

We had a last-minute change of plans, and needed a place in or around Gatlinburg for one night. This studio room was available. The location is GREAT!! Right near Light #3 in Gatlinburg.The room - although a studio - was fairly spacious. We didn't feel cramped at all. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, also. The room was clean and cool. There is an issue with noise, if you're sensitive to it. The road noise didn't bother us too much, but the garbage truck picking up the dumpster RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW - where the head of the bed is located - was a bit loud at 5:00 am. The only other thing to be aware of is that access to the room is up a set of metal stairs. Not an issue, just something to be aware of.Overall, I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who is wanting a comfortable place to stay near the downtown Gatlinburg area.
