Luxury 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms Apartment in El Tigre Golf Course

Our 1 month stay at Green Bay 2 was great - exactly as pictured and described. The owner was very receptive right from the initial contact, answering all our questions, the deposit procedure, and keeping in contact prior to and while we were there. Even had a video call with us to go over the working of the TV programming! Very clean, well stocked with supplies - paper, cleaning, great selection of bedding, towels, glassware/dishes, small appliances, cutlery ( great selection of sharp knives) and great set of pots and frying pans. To have weekly cleaning and laundry done was definitely a plus! To have access to the Beach Club/Sports Centre/shuttle bus is a nice available addition if you want to take advantage of it (cost extra) Lots of hot water, air conditioning in every room if needed, ceiling fans, screen doors, and propane bbq on the deck. Nice not to have the direct hot sun on the deck in afternoon. I would definitely rent this property again if I had the opportunity.

The accommodations were wonderful. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our communications and provided some great suggestions for restaurants! Would highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable, clean condo in a lovely, well kept, quiet and secure residential area. We did do a lot of our own cooking in the well supplied kitchen, although it is smaller. Probably not ideally what we would look for in a long term stay, but quite manageable for our 16 days. We enjoyed the use of the nearby Sports Centre, and the condos refreshing pool, alongside the El Tigre Golf Course. We found Manuel consistently available for all our questions throughout our rental process, and appreciate his sharing his Mexican home with us.

The El Tigre Golf and Country Club area is a quiet, safe compound with numerous condominiums and stately homes. Green Bay II has grounds manicured with care and has a pool and hot tub overlooking the golf course. Manuel's unit is a spacious, well-appointed condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are many extra touches which allow you to live like home or just to enjoy a week or two away. Manuel is a great host. He makes himself available to guests and also has a local property manager who is easily contacted with issues you may encounter. This property is wonderful for couples or families. Highly recommend!
