Along the main floor guests can find the first master suite with a KingSize bed and a great en-suite bathroom with double sink, glass enclosure shower box. and a separated bath tub. This bathroom has a door that leads to the patio/pool area.
Next by the entrance door, there is a second bedroom with a QueenSize bed and a shared full-bathroom with double sink and glass enclosure shower box.
Going to the upper-level guests will find a cozy loft with a comfortable couch where they can enjoy their favorite movies or TV Shows. The fun doesn't stop here, just passing through this loft and entertainment center is awaiting more action. Around the loft area, guests can choose from seven bedrooms for their relaxation.
The bedroom (4) with front and side view has one FullSize bed and can have access to the full-bathroom with glass enclosure bathtub that is next to the bonus room. Fantastic house and in very good condition for a rental property. Very clean with no unwanted smells or mess. We had 13 people stay and had a couple of bedrooms unused given the great accommodation available. The WVH team were extremely attentive sending updates / emails daily and checking in that we were all doing ok. I've stayed at a few of the properties within this sub-division and this is easily the best. Will certainly return to the same house when we venture to Florida next time.

As a family of 10 adults, 1 teen and 2 younger boys this house and location was perfect for us. If we had an questions they were answered immediately. Home was beautiful inside and out. We would definitely go back again.

The property was relatively clean and decorated nicely. Definitely could use touch up painting. The listing does not indicate that the BBQ grill is an additional charge. There are not enough utensils and cookware for the number of guests it houses if you plan to cook and eat at the property. Take pictures of ALL that is wrong with property. We were charged for a previously damaged cutting board and a ripped towel that was left for our use. They are very stingy with towels (one per person) and they do not provide washcloths. They ask you to clean the towels upon departure and make sure you use bleach, which is not provided to ensure towels are spotless.
