Welcome to The Downs Ryokan, an architecturally designed villa inspired by Japan, where guests enjoy their own oasis whilst being conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the beach! Nestled down below street level, this villa 2 storey sleeps up to 4 with cooks kitchen, private outdoor space & high speed internet and office area for WFH also makes this place popular with both families or business travellers, staycations or overseas visitor- longer term pricing negotiated on request. A dedicated driveway and carpark space are provided. There are stairs leading down to the accommodation, making it secluded and private.

Wonderful property that gave us a chance to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy quality time together. There was so much space and the gorgeous design made every day a pleasure to just chill at home. Loved cooking in the kitchen and bbq. Thanks Jacqui and Pete for creating a gorgeous home away from home.
