•Wood burning stove is the main source or heat. Guests must be willing to make sure the fire is always going to keep the house warm between Oct and Apr. There is also a propane fireplace and electric heat as a secondary heat source.
•Safety concern for young children around the woodstove. Children should always be supervised.
•Safety gate blocking off access to lower level.
•Please note we are on septic and well water.
•Please note their are cameras installed on the exterior of the house but are not operational and have never been connected.
