The property has a wonderful view of the beach. It's nested at the top of a hill, meaning walking to it can be difficult for some people. It was totally fine for us, about 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the supermarkets. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It also has free parking spaces in front of it. They are a bit narrow but this is normal, considering the layout of the neighbourhood. The host is superb. He picked us up from the airport and left us some dolmades, biscuits, and olive oil which we really appreciated. Because of this great hospitality, I would stay there again.
Some amenities need upgrading or fixing. For example the kettle and washing machine weren't working properly in Apartment 1. The kettle was flicking on and off as if there was an electrical problem and the washing machine was overheating and the clothes coming out as if no detergent was used.
Also, adding bowls, tea, and coffee would have made our 1-week stay a bit better. The pillows were a bit high so having a couple of different pillows would be great. The host was amazing but communicates via the Booking.com platform which can be problematic if the connection is bad. Maybe considering WhatsApp could be more practical.

La comodidad del espacio. La gentileza del anfitrión. Las vistas del apartamento, con su terraza.

George, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. He recommended a great taverna nearby, and there are supermarkets and several tavernas within walking distance. The beach is also very easy to reach on foot. There are two access routes, and one is much easier with less uphill walking.
The view from the apartment is exceptional. We had a wonderful stay. The bathroom is new and very comfortable, and having a washing machine was extremely useful, especially for a longer stay.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the area is hilly, but there are two ways to reach the property and one has much less uphill walking/driving
