The suite is bright, clean and spacious. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops. The hosts have thought of everything. There was a wonderful welcome basket with wine, granola and chocolate, as well as milk in the fridge and lots of tea and coffee. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and dining. They provided informational brochures about the area. The bed was comfortable and there was a fan to keep you cool on warmer days. We had a great stay.

Louise and Paul were great hosts. I rented the VRBO for a friend who visiting from our of country. There was a gift basking waiting for my friend. Everything was as pictured. And the hosts were easy to reach when needed. Will rent again!

What a cute little place! This was the perfect home away from home. We arrived to a welcome basket with some wine it. The space was bright and clean. The bed was super comfy. I didn’t think I’d use the laundry but I did! Next time we need a place in Duncan, this will be the first place we check availability!

This property was even better then it appeared online. The suit was modern and very clean. The location was in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Fully stocked kitchen and all the toiletries you could need. There was even a beautiful welcome basket left for us. The hosts were also very kind when we lost the key

Friendly owners who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Inside the clean, well equipped unit with everything one needs was a basket with snacks, sparkling water and a bottle of wine awaiting our arrival along with a litre of milk in the fridge, coffee pods, sugar and tea. Their is also a separate parking spot. Louise and Paul made this a place to return to when we come to Duncan.

Our friend from out-of-town stayed here while visiting with us and was very happy and comfortable. Everything he could have needed was provided and it was impeccably clean. The suite seemed brand new. Highly recommended!

This suite is modern, incredibly clean, and well maintained. The kitchen is new and well equipped and the bathroom also new with great storage. The bed is queen sized, and the duvet and sheets wonderful. I was most impressed by the lovely welcome package, that made our first few mornings a delight. The only negative would be the lack of a view, but this was perfect for the season and our length of stay. The unit was still very bright.

This was a great one bedroom suite with kitchen and bathroom and so much more. There was a goody basket waiting for me and milk, juice and other condiments in the fridge. The place was very clean and super cute. It's location was very convenient for everything I needed to do in Duncan. Louise and Paul were very responsive and very nice. Louise and Paul met us a we arrived and were very friendly and helpful. The suite is fantastic and really well equipped, everything we needed and more. There was a nice welcome basket sitting on the kitchen table when we arrived. We had great sleeps there as the bed was extremely comfortable. It's a great place to stay, really close to everything in Duncan and close to major roads to take you to the beautiful places to see on the Island. We would recommend this suite as a great place to stay!

Louise and Paul provided a very easy process to book, checkin and checkout. It was nice central location in Duncan to travel between Parksville, Nanaimo, Ladysmith, and Victoria. Our hosts had a nice snack basket waiting for us upon arrival.

Absolutely spotless, comfortable, lovely suite that is perfect for a single traveller or a couple. It has everything you need. The “welcome basket” was such a nice touch, and very much appreciated. If I had to think of anything I would change, it would be that I’d add a blind to the front door, as its window is quite transparent, so everything inside is quite visible from the outside. But, that’s an easy fix. We’d definitely stay here again.

I was in town for training and this was a perfect option. It was a brand new place, very clean and quiet. The suite was well-furnished. They provided some nice touches like fresh apples and a local white wine with the stay. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were also very communicative. This was better than staying at a hotel!!!

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed and my wife and have traveled the world. The hosts were fantastic and thought of everything in advance of what we would need or want. The very new dishwasher didn't work and they had it replaced within two days! Special touches were the numerous hangers and drawer/shelf trays as well as any personal amenities and beverages we would need. The bed was incredibly comfortable as was the front room furniture. Surprisingly, the interior temperature was perfect even during the warmer than usual temperatures the days we were there. The wifi was stable and worked well when work had to be done online with video chat. Will definitely, definitely stay here again. Location was less than an hours drive from Victoria Black Ball Ferry Line even when considering traffic. Do consider this location if wanting to explore the rest of the island outside and including Victoria. We especiallt liked the quiet neighborhood location.
