The house was perfect for our stay. It was close to Branson and convenient to visiting family living in the area. The house was clean and the floor worked well for our family.

Very nice neighborhood. Nice house. Friendly, welcoming host. City of Ozark is between Springfield & Branson. 25 minute drive to most things we needed in Springfield, which is more than prefer but doable. Ozark Mill/Finley Farm is roughly a mile away and a great place to visit (do the tour for the history).

When we viewed the photos of the house, everything caught my eye to be what we prefer in a home. There is only my wife and I, but we like space and privacy you get when you rent a full house in a quiet neighborhood that is priceless.
When we arrived at the home and unlocked the door the house was exactly or better then we had expected. The owner was awesome and left some great snacks for us. Made it easy to just stay in the 1st night and not leave to go to dinner.
The week was awesome! No unexpected surprises or defects that we could find. The house performed as per advertised and above expectations! I truly enjoyed to be able to park in the garage and to use the space for loading and unloading to organize our international bound suitcases to be prepared for returning back to the Philippines in a few days.
This house is as advertised and meets and breaks all expectations. Lonnie is great!
