The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the LOWER LEVEL. The LOWER level of the home has it's own private entrance

●There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise please.
●Check in is after 3:00 pm
●Check out is at 10:00 am
●No shoes in the house
●Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
●No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
●No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property.
●No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
●Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
●.There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
●MUST TAKE OUT GARBAGE:
Green bins for recycling
Brown for Compost (Do NOT throw this in black bins)
Black for other garbage

We recently stayed at this property for our ski trip. The property had everything we needed for a weekend away and was a short distance to the hill. Felt private even though there was upstairs apartment. There was however a lot of banging from the upstairs which may have just been who was renting at the time. Would stay there again if we returned to the area.

Great little place, well equipped and clean.
If upstairs renters were to be really noisy, I could see it being an issue, but we had no problem at all.

Overall, we knew we were paying less so we knew it wasn't a 5 star. Comfortable except for mattress. No bbq, no air conditioning as the one in our room was too loud to use. Cleanliness was good except for oven that was so filthy, when we tried to use it, the fire alarm went on. There was an old, blackened foul at bottom of oven that we had to remove but the oven itself was as filthy as the foil.
Great bathroom, lots of storage, good water pressure. Shower could use an anti slip for seniors like us. Code didn't work but A need was always VERY helpful. Thank you.
