A 9th floor southern view awaits you in this lovely two bedroom, two bath Sandpiper Dunes condo located on 58th street in midtown Ocean City. Updated with comfortable furnishings and beachy hues, the condo has a living room with a southern view, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining area, plus a south facing balcony which is accessible from both the primary bedroom and the living room and provides views of the beach and ocean to the south and the bay to the west. This oceanfront building is only a few blocks away from the Route 90 bridge for easy access, and it's convenient to a number of great restaurants including Fager's Island, Macky's and Rosenfelds and just a quick drive to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the primary bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a double bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Property rents Saturday - Saturday.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Overall a very good experience. However on check out day the elevator was broken, so was a little difficult leaving with all you stuff from the ninth floor. Management was on it and eventually service e as restored

Our family thought this place was amazing! The view was amazing! It had a view of the ocean, the city, and the bay. It was roomy enough for our 4 person family and could of held a few more. It was very clean! Would definitely rent this unit again.
