I was in Albuquerque for a work trip with 3 co-workers and this house was perfect. It was a nice relaxing place to stay after long days of working. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Daris was great and and very quick and accommodating to our requests. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Had a issue with the heat when we first arrived called the next day and spoke with Darius she walked us through a few things and asked that we call her back if that didn't work, we had to call her back and she had maintenance man out within an hour. He looked at a few things and went and got space heaters until he could fix it so the house would stay warm. He fixed the issue and the house was warm when we returned from our plans. GREAT JOB on the heat issue and the view from the upstairs was marvelous!! Would love to rent this property again.

Unusual floor plan, for starters. Main level bedroom has a tiny wardrobe, despite a huge closet that has NO shelves, poles for hangers, etc. Weird. There could be nice views from the windows if they were not all filthy and/or cloudy due to age and lost seals. Crumbs and a bit of trash under the Master bed. Some fees made no sense. Guest service fee was about double it would be for the following 4 days ? Makes no sense, and got no good answer from Vrbo or Evolve. Be careful if you book this run down home. Also, beware of the protruding bolts in the wall at the gate ! That is an injury lawsuit waiting to happen.
