• View: While the resort is oceanfront, this specific unit (TT50) faces the pool/courtyard area.
• Parking: Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit. Additional parking must be pre-approved by the resort office and is subject to availability. No boats or trailers may be parked on the property.
• Wide Beach: Treasure Island has a wide, beautiful beach, so there is a short walk across the soft sand to reach the water's edge.

• Occupancy: Max occupancy is 2 guests.
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.

• Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.
• Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
• $25 fee for lockouts or lost keys.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours.
• The pool closes at times posted on signs.
• No refunds for early departures.
• If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.

We enjoyed our stay only the hotel room was to small

We were in #50 last year and this year we were happy to see the bed was Queen size. The bathroom and kitchen are beautiful and modern and clean. The only negative comment would be paying the 40% so far in advance.

We had a nice stay, and the entire property was well kept! Enjoyable!
A few suggestions;
1). The rollaway should be removed if not requested, as it takes up space.
2). Unfortunately, there was a musty smell in the unit that permeated all of our belongings and came home with us in everything.

Very clean. Had amenities I wasn't expecting. Property is nicely kept. I'd stay there again. I'd say it comfortably fits 2 people. No more than 2. Overall, nice!
