The main living area is located on the top floor (3rd floor), which includes large bedroom, open floor plan, kitchen, dining room, and family room with gas fireplace and stunning views of both the beach and the bay. The home includes 4 full baths and 1 half bath. The first floor of the property has 3 bedrooms as well as a dining space and living area. The property has 3 washers, 3 dryers, gas stove and oven, 2 full refrigerators, dishwasher, 2 microwaves, 9 ceiling fans, 1 propane grill. Free WIFI and cable television. 4 large decks. The top deck provides 360-degree views of Long Beach Island. Private direct beach access from the second-floor deck.
Check in time is 4pm, and Check out time is 10am. Beach passes and beach chairs are not included. No smoking or animals anywhere on the premises, including decks. Additional grills, fryers, or any other cooking equipment is not permitted to be used on property. There are active exterior security cameras on the property including deck areas. No cameras inside the home. No roller skating or roller boards on decks at any time.
Fireplace is not functioning for warm months.

A great week celebrating the 80th birthday of someone who has been going to LBI their entire life. She enjoyed visiting a few places that are still there from earlier days and seeing all of the changes.

We loved the home that we rented for our family vacation on Long Beach Island. The house was perfect for our large family and it was situated right on the beautiful sands of LBI.
Out overall experience was great and we will definitely return.
