Homes sit back off side of highway all connected in an area with community hot tub. We didnt use it but other guests on the property partied in it. You can hear your neighbors at night or if they are outside. The property has a ropes course outside of the windows of our rental so people running around can be heard. The house is older so the bathtub handles are not secure. Needs to be fixed. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. The floors were not clean. My feet were black in minutes so take house shoes. It is nothing fancy for 250 a night but it is decent. We stayed april 25 for 2 nights. Hochatown is a 5 min drive north. The town has grown a lot. Lots of places to hang out. 3 wineries. Fish tale was the best. They have great food and wine. The hospitality was top notch at fish tale. Town is booming with tourism.
