Summary:
Located off of the Searcy Country Club's 11th fairway, this completely renovated architectural masterpiece is the perfect place for your next serene retreat.
Please note that the stairs in the home are steep and do not have a rail for the entire length. We would not recommend the use of these stairs by small, mobile children without adult supervision. Message us with any questions or concerns!

Guest Access:
A code will be provided to access the home. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above.
Other Things to Note:
Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events without prior approval

This was just the coolest house I've ever stayed in. It was so comfortable, cozy- yet spacious, very clean, well stocked, close distance to everywhere we needed to be. Great parking. Amazing golf course view. Quiet. Loved every bit of our stay!

This home is a unique and classy property in a great neighborhood. The home was very modern and decorated wonderfully. We enjoyed the outdoor patio which looks out onto the golf course. The kitchen was well-stocked with high quality items and was well-equipped to cook meals in. Be aware that this home is very open-concept. None of the sleeping spaces have a door so are open to the main living space. This wasn't an issue for us but might be for others. Also worth noting that there is a grill but it is a charcoal one so be sure to bring charcoal if you are planning to use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for just a group of friends on a work trip! This place is compact but wonderfully laid out. The decor was lovely…it feels a little Californian Wine Country!! Floor to ceiling windows with a view to the golf course. Well-appointed kitchen…and even an offering of wine for a small fee! Our favorite moments…were early mornings around the outdoor fireplace with a cup of coffee. Beware…there are no doors on the 2 bedrooms and the bunkbeds are in a very efficient pass-thru. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. We would absolutely stay here again!
