Loved the location. The property was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook for yourself. I mentioned that we were going to a concert and they left ear plugs. I’m not sure if that was standard but I appreciated that they were there. Will definitely stay again when I go back to the city.

Extremely accessible to the University campus. It’s an easy walk or a short taxi ride. A beautiful neighbourhood. It felt very safe. Cute basement suite. Decorated nicely. Welcoming sign with a tiffany lamp in the bedroom. Comfy couch. It is difficult to find the address on the house when arriving in the dark due to the shrubs out front. The patio is accessible from outside only. The owners live upstairs and the floors are very creaky when they are home. Great communication with the hosts. You do have to strip the bed afterwards.

This is a great basement suite in a wonderful location, walking distance to Broadway Ave, University of Saskatchewan, and parks along the river. It is very thoughtfully appointed with everything you might need in a home away from home, and immaculate! Check in was simple. You can sometimes hear the homeowners upstairs but we didn’t find it disturbing. We’d definitely return if we find ourselves in Saskatoon again!
