We stayed here three nights to celebrate a graduation in the family. It was a good location to get to both Springfield and Pleasant Hope. No problems getting in with the two key pads. Kitchen was well stocked; the bottled water was great as the tap water had a bit of an odor. Not the cleanest upon arrival (crumbs on the table, dead bugs on the floors, etc.) but not bad overall, especially for a working farm. We bought a fly swatter for the place due to all the extra “guests” that would enter every time we opened the door. :)We were surprised that the rental ended up being a duplex, with another unit underneath us. It’s not super clear in the original listing, and we initially found the property by searching “whole house to self” but there weren’t any issues with neighbors or noise. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good vibes. We would likely stay again if back in the area.

This is not the Four Seasons by any means, but offers something we truly loved as a way to simplify life and spend it in nature. Each morning by the time we woke up at 7am, there are horses on the neighboring property that we would spend time with Four for a few. Everything on the listing was described accurately!

The place is nice, and well stocked with supplies and kitchen utensils. It was also in a great location for our job, being just outside of Buffalo.
My team was disappointed that it had wooden chairs instead of a couch in the living room. They were also told they could not have a grill to cook on, which is unfortunately due to insurance purposes.
On the day of check-in, the guys hauled equipment all day and didn't arrive at the house until around 9 pm. There were complications getting into the house due to keypad malfunctions. We attempted to contact the host, however with it being late, they did not get back with us until the next morning. Thankfully, the crew managed to get in after about an hour of fighting the keypad. They said the keypad was temperamental through out the stay, so it might be something they should look into!
