If you don’t feel like driving, walk, bike, or ride the free trolley to the lively Downtown Historic River District (just 1.2 miles). Enjoy your favorite food at one of the outdoor sidewalk tables that line First Street or dine inside at your choice of many great restaurants. From trendy restaurants to coffee shops, browse local shops, take in the sights of the public artworks, or catch a concert at the riverside outdoor amphitheatre. Charming brick paved streets host the Art Walk on the 1st Friday each month and the Music Walk on the 3rd Friday of each month.

The condo was as advertised. The onsite manager was very friendly and helpful. It had some nice amenities like beach chairs and pool noodles. Liked the proximity to boat launch, trolly car that picked up in front of condo.Couple very minor comments.It would be nice if there were some basic spices in the condo. I know I had some leftover and would have been happy to leave them. Also, could use some smaller (6 ounce) glasses for cocktails.I found the tv a little difficult to use. I couldn't get any regular tv channels and the LG channels are hard to work and sometimes do not work properly. Would be nice to have regular cable.

Amazing Stay Highly Recommend!
The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless.
I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip!

The condo was very comfortable, the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. It was a short walk/trolley ride to restaurants downtown. I highly recommend this place.

Our month long stay was frustrating. Upon check-in the condo had no water and I needed to figure out how to turn on the main water supply. The bathroom was not cleaned - like at all - and a note to the property mgmt company expressing the issue went unanswered with no offers to come out and clean it. Next, my wife and I spent 30 minutes trying to connect to the internet using the network name and password provided in the check-in documents with no luck. I finally figured out the network name by looking at the menu in the smart TV and the network listing in all the documentation was wrong. Needless to say it was a rough start and not a good way to begin our stay.
The condo itself was very nice and mostly new. The essentials were there and it was very nice inside.
The location of the condo was not what we hoped since the balcony overlooks the pool but also the main road leading into the downtown. The noise from the traffic was unbearable and we could not leave the doorwall open to enjoy the 70 degree weather. Also, the closest beach (Fort Myers Beach) was about 50 minutes away. Sanibel Island was around 50 minutes also. If your looking for a beach experience I suggest something closer to FM Beach. Again, the furnishings in the condo were nice but there were certainly some misses with the property mgmt.
