Welcome Home to the Vanderkley Valley Villa!
When you arrive to this cozy home, you will be greeted by a spacious yard surrounded by tall trees with with ample parking room. The house includes a large covered front deck leading into the open concept home, perfect for entertaining and gathering. You won't miss home with the fully stocked kitchen, ample entertainment options such as board games, a WIFI connection, a DVD player (DVD's too), a large outdoor children's playset + hidden treehouse and a huge fire pit area outback. There are a total of 4 bedrooms- 2 queen rooms, a single over double bunk room and a beautiful master suite with a king bed and private ensuite featuring a large soaker tub.
This home is well equipped for families. Within the home you will find a high chair and booster seat, children’s plate-ware, a pack and play with a bassinet insert, children’s natural bath products and a bath seat.
To the North of the home is the winding horse guard creek, which is a quick 8 minute walk away. To the West, when you continue down the main driveway, is an operating regenerative agricultural farm (Vanderkley Valley Farm), feel free to inquire about fresh eggs, produce, and pastured poultry. We are also more than happy to offer you a short farm tour!
For your convienience, Eckville (east) and Leslieville (west) are only a short 10 minute drive away for fuel, snacks, takeout, and groceries. If you are looking for a day trip adventure, the popular beaches of Sylvan Lake is 20 minutes away, Cow Lake area crown land (perfect for quadding) is 30 minutes away and the beautiful Abraham Lake is a 2 hour drive west!

Semi-Annual women’s weekend get together
The farm experience of the Highland cows, chickens, land, and the knowledge of our host Brooke and her family was truly admirable and inspiring.
The VRBO accommodation was beyond expectations with perfect decor, original art (we bought an amazing painting), equipped more than we have experienced, comfortable beds, and cozy warm patios.
Highly recommended!
