This open and spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath home is a perfect escape to enjoy both winter and summer activities. This one-level home will sleep up to 6 guests and is set on a spacious, private lot. A/C in the summertime to make those hot summer days cooler.
The living area is light and bright, featuring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows. The large wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings with a 36-inch TV to enjoy. The sliding door leads to the patio area and a large yard to enjoy during the summer months.
Off the living area is a dining table that will seat 8. The bright, open kitchen is spacious with a one-of-a-kind beautiful skylight above and lots of counter space for cooking and easy entertaining. Six bar stools provide extra seating at the eating bar that surrounds the kitchen.
The additional family room features a 65-inch TV, bookshelves, and areas for storing equipment. There is a full-size laundry room just off the family room.
Wake up to the views of Bald Mountain from the separate primary suite that features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a large walk-in closet, and a 42-inch TV. The bath has a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and shower tub combo. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and a shower tub combo. The Mountain Rides free bus stop is just yards from the driveway. There is parking onsite and a spacious yard, perfect for summer games or building snowmen in the winter. A wonderful place to create lifetime memories.
One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $140.

We had SUCH a great time at Stern Haus! This house is set up perfectly for two families to share, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area and a TON of comfortable living space with a fully stocked kitchen that makes cooking a breeze. The location is incredible as well, right on the shuttle route, close to Warm Springs, yet surrounded by nature (we saw elk every day and heard coyotes nightly!). Would recommend this spot in a heartbeat.

This home is very comfortable and well located. You are 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts at Baldy! Its open plan and expansive views are wonderful. Our biggest problem started on the first night. The driveway had not been plowed recently and we spent 2 hours shoveling. The rental company was closed until the next day. When we called they did get someone to come out and help but there was already a thick ice base that couldn't be solved. We had to trade our car in just to get something strong enough to get in and out. The back door lock is broken, although the screen can lock and there is a heating issue that made the house too hot all the time. We had to open the windows 24/7. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a binder at the house explaining the heat, electronics and general information. There was a lot to like about this property, but the problems we had tainted our visit.
