- There is an optional pool heat fee of $25/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- Heated pool temperature is dependent on the ambient air temperature. Please note that from November through early February, the pool may not be able to get to a temperature greater than 74-76 degrees
- Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras. 1 camera is mounted on the wall adjacent to the front door, facing the pathway to the front door. 1 camera is mounted on the patio, facing the gate entering the backyard. 1 camera is mounted on the patio, facing the exterior grilling area. 1 camera is mounted above the grotto, facing the pool equipment. 2 cameras are attached to the front of the home facing the driveway and parking areas. 1 camera is mounted on the back of the house facing the pool area to ensure the number of pool users doesn’t exceed the number listed on the reservation. The house met all our families needs, there was plenty of spaces to gather as a group as well as room to have some peace and quiet. The pool and outside area was great for swimming and relaxing. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was lovely. Neighbors said hello when they passed making us feel even more at home.

The house was large enough for our adult kids and grandkids. We were here when it was very warm (Memorial weekend) and the kids and adults loved the pool. The house has a great setup and we loved the main master bedroom that was kind of a split plan. Definitely would stay here again
