Come and enjoy this incredible lakefront condo, ideally set on the sandy beaches of Pineview Reservoir. The waterfront location offers a beautiful setting, whether staying in the summer or winter months. The location is 10 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort, and it's the perfect place to experience the Ogden Valley. Powder Mountain Ski Resort is just a short picturesque 20-minute drive, and Wolf Creek Golf Course in Eden is waiting to challenge your putting skills. Local wildlife loves this golf course.

The main level deck includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating with amazing lake views. A really great property for rest and relaxation. I could stare at the views all day long then transition to star gazing in the hot tub at sundown. And it's close to some very nice hikes around the Snowbasin area. Bring your groceries because you won't want to leave the property often.

Everything about this place is wonderful! Sitting in the jacuzzi on the deck looking at the mountains was a magical experience. And JoNell responded immediately to a concern we had about needing space heater. She even drove over in the evening to make sure we were comfortable. Such a great experience!

Took my three adult children skiing. Property worked out fine for us. Livingroom is a little small; but, overall everything was satisfactory.
