The Viewtop Cabin is the ideal mountain retreat. This modern cabin has something for everyone in your group. Upon entry, Viewtop offers a large mudroom with ample storage for all your gear. The main level offers an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well appointed with a center island, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room offers a cozy space to relax by the gas fireplace after a day exploring the western mountains of Maine. The dining room features a large table to gather around and catch up on the days events. Off the main level you will find a screened in porch and large deck, on which you can enjoy the stunning mountain views of Mt Abrams, Mt. Washington and Sunday River.  Rounding out the first floor are two bedrooms and a full bath. The second floor offers a master suite featuring a private bathroom with tiled walk in shower. The lower level has a spacious family room with game table, couches and 70 inch tv. It is stocked with tons of dvd’s, games, puzzles and books. It includes the 4th bedroom and full bath with washer and dryer. Outside you will find a 7 person hot tub, spacious lawn, horseshoe pit and outdoor firepit.

This property is perched high in the woods with panoramic views and no homes in sight. It is located directly on hiking / walking trails and is just a short drive from popular Grafton Notch for hiking, Mt. Abrams for mountain biking, and the Androscoggin River for tubing and kayaking Scenic Bethel and restaurants along with Sunday River Ski Area and hiking trails are only 10 miles away!

To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property during the snow season, 4WD may be required.
