Our two-bedroom vacation home is equipped for a fun-loving family or group ready to enjoy the best resort on South Padre Island. Our condo is on the 6th floor and has a private beachfront balcony with a fantastic view of the resort and the beach. Wake up to just one sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico from our incredible balcony, and you'll swear you're a mermaid. You've never seen anything like this! Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
- The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
- The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Clean, easy to get to & just steps away from the beach! Perfection.

We were pleased that the property was just as it was listed online. The condo was located near all the pools, Whiskey Shack and tennis courts. We didn’t need to want for anything in the condo as it was equipped very well! The condo was big enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Saida Towers will definitely be on our return list!
