This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo features queen beds in both bedrooms plus a sofa bed, sleeping 6 guests (airbed welcome for 2 more, max 8). Internet is available. The spacious terrace out front overlooking the Sea of Cortez is perfect for entertaining day or night — guests should be mindful of noise levels due to neighbors.
This is the spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Sea of Cortez. Occupancy limit includes adults and children. No garage parking — street parking only. Important note: There was a big hurricane; repairs have been made, but the pictures may not reflect current conditions, especially the patio/terrace. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra.
Towels are not included — guests bring all towels. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

My family and I stayed in the first floor condo. They had the AC running when we got in, we appreciated to walk in into a cool temperature house. The rooms are very spacious and the view to the beach is amazing. The beach is just pretty much down stairs.
The kitchen was fully equipped. Both of the showers had hot water. We would definitely consider staying at this place again. The only down side was that the light for one of our rooms was not working and the wifi was a little too slow for the TV. Other than that, my family and I had an amazing time.

The location, overlooking the beach with a great view, was wonderful. However, we were missing a number of standard things that made it not as enjoyable. For instance, there were no towels provided, which we knew about ahead of time but it made packing a little more difficult. The kitchen was probably the area that needed the most help. There were standard items either missing or not in good order. The coffee maker worked but was broken and needed to be carefully put back together each time we used it. There was a bbq but no gas. There were a few things that just made it less comfortable than we had hoped for.
