Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation.

The pool faces South
Pool is 26x14 D 6'
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
Entry for the first time to the house is provided by PIN for the keypad via garage door access.
* Two car garage available
Up to four cars can fit in the driveway
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
Hurricane Doors: The home has hurricane doors on the front and patio doors for additional security. Instructions on how to properly lock and unlock these doors are provided prior to guest arrival.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Great house in a great area ...
Everything was as promised. Two minor issues. First, the kitchen sink faucet was temperamental. It was supposed to be state of the art touch on/off. It didn't work all the time and quit working completely the last 4 days we were at the property. Luckily, the laundry room was just a few steps off the kitchen so we just used the laundry tub to wash our dishes. Second, the "light filtering" cellular window shades in the family room operated fine, but they should be "room darkening" so that so much light didnt come in obscuring the direct sunlight coming into the family room which made it hard to see the television.

The home is beutifully decortated very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short or long term stay.
The neighborhood is quiet safe and lovely. The location is great.
