This modern bungalow boasts an open floor plan, covered back deck, and lush green space. Close to lots of water recreation activities, a par 72 golf course, beautiful hiking trails, and tons of delicious restaurants— there’s something for everyone here.
The Space:
The Lavaca House offers an open and spacious living room and dining room, making it the perfect space for amazing dinner and cocktail nights! The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer luxury bedding and mattresses that provide an optimal and comfortable night’s sleep after the long days of enjoying Canyon Lake.
Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

We enjoyed a quick family getaway with our kids and their grandparents. The house was perfect for a quiet getaway to just play games and spend time together before summer ends!

Was a nice clean home. Just bring spices for cooking.coffe, barbecue utensils. Had a big problem on the Last night of our stay. smoke detectors in the house. Has about 4 the went off at 5:00 am with the loudest alarms and a voice that's is screaming fire fire. Scared us all half to death couldn't shut it off. I turned the breakers off trying to shut it up.finally stopped. Got everyone back to bed and it went off again s hour later. Tried to get a hold of owner and management no reply. Very upsetting I have 2 very small grandbabies 5 years and 7 and my sister has cancer. Just unbelievable paid a great amount of money for this place. Eont rent there again because of management
