Our updated top-floor penthouse is a perfect get-away for families and friends. Incredible views, fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms all with newly remodeled ensuite bathrooms and an open loft with two twin beds.

The Space
Welcome to Casa Rica Vida! A top floor ocean view penthouse overlooking the golf course, surrounding hills and the Pacific Ocean. The condo has central A/C and new Italian tile flooring throughout. When you enter the house, your eyes are drawn to the wall of windows and the amazing view, especially beautiful to watch the sunset off the balcony.

The open floor plan includes a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a large pantry and laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. The kitchen is surrounded by a granite bar countertop and 4 handcrafted wooden stools.

The kitchen opens into the living/dining area with vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating around a 60" Smart TV. The adjacent formal dining area seats 8. Open the glass sliders to the outdoor dining for an additional 6 seats at for al fresco dining. The patio has 2 ceiling fans, keeping the area fresh and cool.

Follow the spiral staircase up to the loft. This area is used as an additional (4th) bedroom with two twin beds. This is also where you'll find all of the board games for family fun!

The spacious Master Bedroom takes up the entire north side of the condo. It has a separate entrance if needed, a newly remodeled spa like ensuite bathroom, spacious closets and a step out balcony the same great views of the ocean and golf course.

The south wing of the condo houses two more spacious bedrooms down a private hallway. The 2nd Master includes a King bed, closet, dresser and newly remodeled ensuite bathroom. It has a step out balcony with a beautiful view of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean. Down the hall, the 3rd bedroom has a large, newly remodeled bathroom at the entrance, a Queen bed with a Double bed trundle, a dresser, a large closet and a huge garden view window.

Guest Access:
Reserva Conchal is a gated community with 24/7 security. Each name in your party will be given to the guard at the gate and a QR code will be sent to your email allowing you to enter the property. (You will also need to show passport or drivers license.) The condo comes with one covered parking space and ample guest parking. You can walk or drive around the property or take the free shuttle that picks you up right at your door.

The condo has a flight of stairs down and then a flight of stairs up to enter from the street. The complex does not have elevators.

A quick walk out of the condo to the left is the beautiful Bougainvillea Club House and Pool. There is a lap lane, pool and small pool on upper deck.

Other Things to Note:
This condo includes Reserva Conchal Private Beach Club access. There is a beautiful spa, gym and hot tub area, a lap pool, a large family pool, and a restaurant/bar with delicious food and drinks. Free towels can be checked out at the pool as well as kayaks, SUP's, snorkel equipment, boogie boards and lounge chairs for the beach. You may also check out bikes to ride on the numerous trails around the property. Tennis and Pickleball can be booked through the concierge desk as well as golf tee times.
