Everything was great with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. I will say the train literally runs behind the house so just know if you're not use to that is can make you jump. It doesn't go through often but at least a once or twice at night.

My experience was really nice the only issue I had was the train comes along early in the morning other than that the neighborhood is quiet , the neighbors are friendly .

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. House was spotless and included everything we needed. The host even left popcorn for us and other snacks.This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes from the beach and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
