The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The kitchen and linens are fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and the house is clean and maintained well. The beach and the T terminal, are in walking distance. The Only drawback was, the bathrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. We adapted fine, but if you have a bad knee or hip it could be difficult to access. We appreciate how attentive the hosts were our entire weeks vacation. We would highly recommend this home.

Nearly perfect! The older house has some slopes due to settling which you want to be aware of, particularly the upstairs hallway and the kitchen. Otherwise, it was a fantastic little place to stay in Revere/Beachmont. Plenty of local shops to keep yourself fed and supplied without having to brave the city traffic. Relatively close to the Beachmont station on the Blue Line, although it is a little bit of a hike when it's cold or if you have trouble walking mild hills. The house is well updated despite its age. Airport noise, while apparent, is not excessively loud and we had no trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again if we felt the need to stay that close to downtown Boston again. Hosts stayed in communication if we had any difficulties, which thankfully we didn't! Just be aware of the concrete stairs and the stoop, as this might be difficult for those with physical difficulties. The only other advice: learn the location of the light switches - most of the lighting has two switches so it is easy to accidentally turn one on without realizing it (we left the living room light on for a few hours one night when trying to turn on the upstairs hallway, that was our fault). Thank you for allowing us to stay so close to Boston for our first time at an affordable rate!
