About this house rental
This home offers a relaxed coastal holiday feel with glimpses of beautiful ocean views, original hardwood timber flooring, and two inviting decks perfect for unwinding. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse off after the beach, completing the classic seaside experience.
Inside, you’ll find Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD player, plus a selection of DVDs, books, and games for quieter moments.
There are three bedrooms in total: one queen bedroom and two bedrooms with two king singles, these can be joined if required. All bedrooms include ceiling fans for comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and everything needed for an authentic beachside stay. A coffee machine (Aldi pod system) and plunger are also provided.
The property features a fully enclosed yard, making it ideal for pets, with an undercover area beneath the house for additional space.
Pet friendly providing that the animals remain outside only. Please note: the third bedroom is accessed via the back deck.

We loved our stay at Rubys place. Had a great deck to sit on after a day at the beach. Only a short walk to the bowlo, beach, SLSC and Main Street. Only thing I would suggest is packing an extra bath mat. We had four adults stay and it got quite wet after showers. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean place, and close to the bowlo',beach and village.This rental was hard to find on a dark rainy night as there were no lights on outside the house or illuminating the small house sign.Needs lights over front deck & door.The indoor deck was very pleasant once we had found some furniture to sit on from a side bedroom.The enclosed back yard for dog exercise is seperate from the main house, this means bringing Fido on a lead down the steps and through a side gate for yard access.Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars for cleanliness, is that although everything else important was squeaky clean - The master bedroom / bed area had stank of sour milk when we arrived, like the room hadn't been ventilated at all since previous guests stayed. The toilet also was unclean / not flushed when we arrived.
