Inside, five bedrooms across two acres of manicured gardens, three living areas, a main dining space for 20 and a separate butler's pantry make this one of the region's most capable entertaining properties.

Snowline has a wood fireplace in the main living and dining space, and underfloor heating throughout all bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a split system, and Bedrooms 3 and 5 have ducted heating and cooling. Ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms except the bunk rooms.

BNB Made Easy is a professional short-term rental property management company, so rest assured your stay at Snowline will be professionally managed, thoughtfully prepared, and easy to settle into. Set across two acres of manicured gardens at 1,070 metres above sea level, the retreat offers sweeping northerly views across the Orange wine region and the rolling hills beyond. Spend the morning in the lap pool or on the tennis court, ease into the spa as the afternoon cools, then gather around the firepit as the evening sets in. The kitchen and butler's pantry are well set up for large groups, and the main dining area — seating 20 — means everyone can sit down together. When the group isn't outside, the pool table, arcade machine and three living areas give plenty of reasons to stay in.
THE LOCATION:
Snowline is on Pinnacle Road in Canobolas, one of the Orange wine region's most celebrated addresses. Colmar Estate is a near neighbour at 790 Pinnacle Road, and Brangayne of Orange — one of the region's longest-established vineyards — is a four-minute drive at the northern end of Pinnacle Road. Borrodell Estate's SkyBar cellar door and Sisters Rock Restaurant are four minutes away on Lake Canobolas Road. Orange's CBD — with its restaurants, bars and boutique shops — is eleven minutes by car. Lake Canobolas and the Pinnacle Lookout are both within a few minutes' drive for walks and views.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, with the exception of a locked room upstairs.
The Neighborhood:
Orange is a beautiful city distinguished by its gorgeous tree-lined streets, charming heritage houses and fresh local produce. Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running and poetry. Over 80 vineyards surround Orange producing distinguished cool-climate wines.

- LOCKED ROOM: Please note there is one locked room upstairs that is not accessible to guests.
- FLOOR MATTRESSES: Bedrooms 2 and 4 include floor foam mattresses in addition to the bunk beds. Linen is not provided for the floor mattresses — guests wishing to use these must bring their own. One of the lounges can also be arranged as a sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children.
- STAIRS: There are 5 stairs at the entry of the home and approximately 15–20 internal stairs between the two storeys.
- MAINTENANCE: Please note that maintenance work may occasionally be conducted at the property during a stay.
- CAMERAS: Please be advised that the property features security cameras at the front entrance and rear of the property. These have been fitted around the property exterior.
- SPA: The spa takes 4–6 hours to reach temperature. Guests are asked to switch it on upon arrival if they plan to use it, and to switch it off when not in use.
- TENNIS COURT: Lights for the tennis court must be switched off by 10pm each night.
- FIREPLACE AND FIRE PIT: This property has a fireplace and a fire pit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are in the home and also in your check-in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

we were 16 in the group. 4 families. Relaxing and calm experience we had with our 3 nights stay at the house. We did not see the kids much as they were busy doing with their own things like tennis, basketball, swimming pool, hot tubs. pool table. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with functioning oven, grill, coffee machines; we ended up cooking dinners at night time and breakfast in the mornings. It was a great family gathering catching up with each other in relaxing way. Garden is the best. Because it was spring flowers were in blossoms and it was simply very pretty. Will love to come back again and highly recommended for big families like ours. the kids enjoyed it so much and so did the adults. we are so glad that we chose the place.

We booked Snowline for my mother's 95th birthday celebrations with our closest family members:- 7 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 kids under 10. The house is so well equipped and the gardens are glorious. The kids even swam in the very cold Orange winter swimming pool and warmed up in the spa afterwards. We enjoyed playing cricket on the lawns, toasting marshmallows in the firepit and sharing a meal in the wonderful indoor outdoor room.
The grounds provided space for the kids to play out side during the day and indoors for pool/snooker and lego when it got dark. There are enough spaces for the kids and parents to get away from each other but still be safe and we all agreed it was an incredibly fun and relaxing weekend. 10/10
We are already planning a return visit.

The place is beautiful!! It is located in a prime location in the heart of wine country and close to town. Everyone loved it.
