This condo is built for easy relaxation, and convenience. The living room is furnished with a couch, and love seat. and a wall mounted flat-screen TV. The sliding balcony doors bathe the space in natural light. Right beside the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a double bed, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has double bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a double bed, and a flat screen tv perfect for kids. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

I recommend that you do a deep cleaning thoroughly before getting comfortable and washing the blanket that's on the beds. Overall the apartment/location its self was wonderful!

Stayed in OCMD at this location for a guys trip. Place was nice. Little smaller than expected and the floors weren’t entirely clean (sand visible in some spots). Otherwise, it was a nice place and slept 6 of us. Good location near everything anyone going away would want.

Condo was nice and inviting, near beach and grocery store. When we first arrived at the condo we noticed our washing machine and walls in the bathroom had mold. We also found moldy food under the oven that was never cleaned. Our back screen on the door was being held together with duct tape. Didn’t receive pool key when checked in, called the office days later to see if we could get one and were told to make friends with someone else in the complex and borrow their key. Overall nice stay but condo needs some improvements.
